A Timely Conversation
After Loss To Suicide
Are you living with the impact of losing someone to suicide?
Do you support or care about someone who is grieving after a suicide?
For people living with the impact of a suicide, Christmas can be one of the most difficult days of the year.
What was once food and laughter and festivities, can become a painful emotional roller coaster and a real desire to just skip the whole thing.
How can we support the people we care about who hurting at this time of year?
How can we find some relief and ease over Christmas if it is ourselves who are hurting?
A Timely Conversation About Christmas is an afternoon workshop that will provide some
answers to these questions.
In a warm, friendly and safe space, Val Cozens will lead a gentle conversation about how we can cope with Christmas
without our loved one, and how we can support someone we care about who is struggling after loss to suicide.
Cuppa’s and cake will be provided, and all who feel called to join us are invited.
